<p>The Admin Assistant will be responsible for:</p> <p>Answer and direct phone calls<br /> Organize and schedule appointments<br /> Plan meetings and take detailed minutes<br /> Write and distribute email, correspondence<br /> General Financial reporting duties as and when needed<br /> Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports<br /> Develop and maintain a filing system<br /> Update and maintain office policies and procedures<br /> Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers<br /> Maintain contact lists<br /> Book travel arrangements<br /> Submit and reconcile expense reports<br /> Provide general support to visitors<br /> Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients<br /> Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers</p> <p>Qualifications & Experience:</p> <p>Senior certificate/grade 12<br /> Microsoft office and Google one drive<br /> Must speak English and Afrikaans and Xhosa will be beneficial<br /> 3 – 5 years in a similar role previously<br /> Basic  / Medium Level exposre to finance</p> <p>Skills:</p> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br /> Excellent planning and coordination skills.<br /> Strong time management skills and deadline-driven.<br /> Strong administration skills and attention to detail.<br /> Intermediate computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).<br /> Detail and results orientated.</p> <p>View and apply for this and other vacancies online via <a href="https://freerecruit.co.za">https://freerecruit.co.za</a><br /> Companies can expire their jobs at any time at their own discretion and without notice.</p>
