Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:
Technical Support & Maintenance:

• Provide hands-on and remote technical support for hardware, software, and networks
• Install, maintain, and configure office automation equipment
• Troubleshoot printers, networks, connectivity issues, and PC-related problems
• Ensure proper installation of workstations, laptops, and software
• Maintain accurate inventory of all tech equipment

Infrastructure Management:

• Set up and maintain internal and customer IT infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and connectivity solutions
• Provide remote assistance when required
• Ensure secure and efficient use of systems and technology

Additional Responsibilities:

• PBX and CCTV experience is advantageous
• Perform occasional overtime where necessary

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and network troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of connectivity, servers, and office automation
• Advanced fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license required

Qualification:

• Matric / Grade 12
• A+ and N+ Certification
• Additional networking and technical qualifications beneficial
