The Opportunity


 


We seek an Amazon Advertising Specialist – International PPC with International focus and expertise in UK, EU, and CA to manage and optimize the Amazon Advertising campaigns of 4-8-10 brand/markets. This role requires hands-on execution and strategic thinking to ensure advertising campaigns contribute effectively to total retail performance. As a key team member, you’ll work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results for our brand partners.


 


 


Key Responsibilities


 



  • Campaign Management: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy optimization, bid adjustments, and audience targeting to achieve brand goals.


  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities.


  • Testing & Iteration: Test and refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and campaign settings to enhance efficiency and scale campaigns effectively.


  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the Sr. Manager of Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence team, Brand Management and other departments to align strategies and implement creative assets.


  • Client Updates: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for advertising within your accounts, providing regular updates, performance insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.


  • Process Adherence & Improvement: Follow established SOPs to ensure consistent execution while identifying opportunities for process enhancements.


  • Hands-on Execution: Actively manage campaigns through hands-to-keyboard activities, ensuring high-quality results and troubleshooting any issues or discrepancies.



 


Qualifications


 



  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or high-growth e-commerce environment, specifically in Amazon UK, EU and CA.


  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with advertising automation platforms (e.g., xMars) and proficiency in Seller/Vendor Central reporting.


  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.


  • Self-Starter: You are naturally driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable working with autonomy.


  • Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams.


  • Adaptable: You excel in a start-up environment, embracing challenges with curiosity and creativity.


  • Industry Knowledge: Off-Amazon PPC and Amazon DSP experience are a plus

  1. Cost-Per-Click (CPC) Reduction: Achieve a measurable decrease in CPC for each managed brand through effective optimizations.


  1. Keyword Rank Improvement: Improve the rank of the top 5 performing keywords for the top 10 ASINs per brand, ensuring increased visibility and engagement.


  1. Click-Through Rate (CTR) Growth: Drive consistent increases in CTR by refining ad copy and targeting strategies.


  1. Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) Reduction: Reduce CPA across campaigns while maintaining or increasing sales volumes.


  1. Paid Conversion Rate Growth: Boost paid conversion rates for each brand through optimized campaign structures and targeting.
