**Job description**
As an Amazon Marketplace Fulfillment Account Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the relationship between Amazon and third-party sellers who utilize Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) services. Here's an outline of the typical responsibilities associated with this role:
- **Seller Onboarding**: Assist sellers in the onboarding process, guiding them through the setup of their FBA accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met.
- **Account Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing support to ensure a positive experience with Amazon's FBA services.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor seller performance metrics such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and inventory management to identify any issues or areas for improvement. Provide guidance and recommendations to sellers on how to maintain or improve their performance metrics.
- **Inventory Management**: Work with sellers to optimize their inventory levels, ensuring they have sufficient stock to meet demand while minimizing storage fees and excess inventory.
- **Sales and Growth Strategies**: Collaborate with sellers to develop sales and growth strategies, including pricing optimization, promotions, and marketing campaigns to maximize their success on the Amazon platform.
- **Policy Compliance**: Ensure that sellers adhere to Amazon's policies, guidelines, and requirements, including product quality standards, shipping protocols, and customer service policies.
- **Issue Resolution**: Facilitate the resolution of any issues or disputes that arise between sellers and Amazon, such as order discrepancies, shipment delays, or account suspensions.
- **Training and Education**: Provide sellers with training, resources, and educational materials to help them better understand and navigate the FBA platform, optimize their listings, and improve their overall performance.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate and analyze performance reports for sellers, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on key metrics and trends.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, customer service, and technical support to address seller needs, resolve issues, and improve overall seller satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
