Appointment Setter ID-616
We’re looking for a sharp, fluent English speaker to join Omni B2B as a full-time Appointment Setter. This is a remote role focused on setting meetings with business decision-makers—no hard selling, just smart, clear conversations and solid follow-up.
About the Role:
You’ll be working inside our outbound campaigns, calling and messaging B2B leads (mostly U.S.-based companies) to book sales appointments. These are qualified leads, and your job is to spark the conversation, ask the right questions, and get them on the calendar.

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Follow call scripts and adjust naturally based on the conversation
- Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages
- Log activity inside our CRM
- Collaborate with our strategy and copywriting team to improve outreach results
- Help build a pipeline of interested, qualified prospects
You Must Have:
- Fluent English (spoken and written – this is non-negotiable)
- Confidence speaking with Americans over the phone
- Basic writing skills for follow-ups and messages
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Ability to work full-time during USA EST hours (Mon–Fri)
- Reliable computer and internet connection
