Duties & Responsibilities
Infrastructure Support
Monitor and maintain Azure resources (VMs, storage, networking, etc.)
Assist in provisioning and configuring cloud services.
Perform routine maintenance and updates.
Deployment and Configuration
Support the deployment of applications and services in Azure.
Use tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
Help configure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Monitor system performance using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Respond to alerts and incidents, escalating when necessary.

Support identity and access management using Azure AD.
Help enforce compliance policies and governance standards.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Required Skills and Experience:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Understanding of core Azure services (Azure VMs, Storage, Networking, Azure Active Directory, etc.)
Basic understanding of networking (DNS, VPN, firewalls, subnets, Azure Virtual Network (VNet), Network Security Groups (NSGs), and ExpressRoute).
Strong familiarity with the Azure Portal, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.
Basic knowledge of Azure pricing, SLAs, and support plans.
Basic administration of Windows Server and/or Linux.
Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting.
Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates with exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
