Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Admin to support our client’s finance and operations team. In this role, you will take ownership of reconciling bank transactions, managing accounts receivable, and supporting event tracking through accurate ticket count updates. If you're certified in Xero and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, this is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a passionate and high-performing team in the creative industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts using Xero accounting software.
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices and manage communication with clients.
  • Track and update ticket counts for live events and client activations.
  • Assist with financial administration and routine operational tasks.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records in Xero.

Requirements

  • Xero certification (required).
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration.
  • Foundational accounting knowledge or formal qualifications.
  • Familiarity with UK financial standards and terminology.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work UK hours reliably.
  • Comfortable using cloud-based tools (e.g., Dext, Auto-Entry is a plus).
