About This Incredible Role:
Northpoint Realty Group is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Residential Agent in both the Sandton & Cape Town Area
Northpoint Realty Group has two broker/agent models:
1. 70% commission split as the regular agent/broker contract with achievable minimum revenue to be maintained
2. 80% commission split with an additional profit share on minimum 5 qualifying agents/brokers, at the 70% level, for the Team Leader role.

Performing agents and broker are rewarded by enjoying a 70% commission split, exceeding the current industry offering most receive, of 50%.
For the Team Leader role for top agents/brokers with minimum of 5 performing agents/brokers in their team, Northpoint offers 2 income streams:
A. Income from your Personal Efforts & Turnover
- Team Leaders receive 80% commission
-6 weeks average time to complete your first deal
-On target earnings for Year 1 (R400k - R600k), Year 2 (R800k +) plus bonuses & incentives
B. Profit share income from your Personal Team
-You receive up to 6% profit share (of Gross Company Commission) from every transaction in your team
-On target earnings from 10 team members for year 1 (R300k - R450k)
What we require from you:
As a Commercial & Industrial Broker or Residential Agent you will be:
· Responsible for sales & leasing of properties i.e. offices, warehouses, factories commercial land, investments, residential & new commercial developments
· Prospecting for new corporate tenants & buyers
· Canvassing for vacancies within the residential and commercial & industrial property arena
· Adding listings to our various marketing channels
· Matching tenants & buyer with appropriate vacancies
· Networking with sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and other property stakeholders
· Negotiating lease & sales agreements
What you need:
-Your own reliable transport, laptop, and smartphone non-negotiable.
-A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate or proof you have registered and paid for your FFC with the PPRA
