Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to drive positive outcomes related to Gillette's corporate social responsibility efforts. Lead research and evaluation of relevant regulations, policies and standards for CSR initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community, government and other relevant organizations. Monitor the success of CSR projects and programs, and develop plans for improvement. Develop and manage the budget for CSR initiatives. Monitor public opinion on CSR initiatives, and develop strategies to address any issues or concerns. Communicate regularly with executive team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with CSR goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on CSR initiatives.
