Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Associate (Lettings & Sales)
Location: Remote
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm UK, alternate Saturdays
Are you passionate about property and eager to be part of a dynamic team? We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to support our client's growing property company in lettings and sales based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings, ensuring efficient use of time for both clients and agents
- Manage incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries
- Assist with sales progression by maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the acquisition of new properties through effective scouting and market research
- Support landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials to attract potential tenants and buyers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and lettings targets, sharing insights and strategies

Qualifications:

· Headphones for use with our VOIP system
· Antivirus installed
· UPS/Backup battery for load shedding
