Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) – this is non-negotiable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is a plus.
