Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) with a strong background in quoting and client communications. • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the U.S. insurance industry and be comfortable handling phone interactions with clients. • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish- and English-speaking clients. • Assist clients with insurance quotes, policy information, and general inquiries. • Communicate effectively over the phone to address customer needs and concerns. • Process and follow up on customer requests promptly and professionally. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements
