Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, courteous, and accurate support via phone, chat, or email to customers worldwide.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through expert problem-solving and empathetic communication.

  • Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.

  • Strong computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn new software.

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.

  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or hospitality is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Flexible, part-time schedule.

  • Approximately 20–25 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during peak seasons.
