Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Distribution & Client Service Professional based in the Unites States to join our business. This role will be instrumental in servicing and retaining existing clients while driving the growth of our investment business across both institutional and wholesale markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Coronation’s investment products and solutions, a passion for delivering exceptional client service, and the ability to cultivate and expand relationships with institutional investors, consultants, and wholesale partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing institutional and wholesale clients in the US, ensuring a high-touch, proactive client service experience.
- Build deep and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, consultants, and financial intermediaries.
- Provide clients with regular portfolio updates, market insights, and investment commentary, ensuring transparency and confidence in our solutions.
- Work closely with internal investment teams, client service and executive teams to deliver tailored solutions and client reporting, aligning with their investment objectives.
- Ensure smooth execution of client-related processes, including onboarding, reporting, compliance, and operational queries.
Business Growth & Distribution:
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients and introduce additional investment solutions where appropriate.
- Partner with the global distribution team to develop and execute growth strategies across institutional and wholesale channels.
- Leverage market intelligence and research to identify new prospects, strengthen our market position, and build engagement with consultants and allocators.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events, positioning our brand as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with client service, marketing and investment teams to refine client messaging, presentations, and thought leadership content.
Ideal Experience
Ideal requirements:
- At least 10 years of institutional or wholesale distribution experience within the US investment industry.
- Strong knowledge of investment markets, asset classes and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate the institutional and wholesale investment markets understanding key trends, investor needs and the dynamic landscape.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships particularly with institutional investors and financial intermediaries.
- Self-motivated with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset and a client-first approach.
- Pro-active, organized and efficient.
