Position Overview
A fast-growing eco-lifestyle subscription brand is expanding its remote customer service team and hiring for entry level remote jobs no experience to support its live chat operations. This role is designed for beginners who are ready to start a remote career but don’t have formal experience or credentials. If you can type clearly, follow instructions, and work independently, you’ll thrive in this role.
This is a 100% written communication position—no phone calls, no meetings, no video chats. All support is handled via live messaging platforms embedded on websites and social channels. Full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Live Chat Support Rep, you’ll help customers resolve issues, track orders, and make informed purchase decisions—all via chat.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer messages in real time on websites and social platforms
