<span><p>Are you an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant ready to support at a strategic level? A leading brand is looking for a proactive, detail-driven individual to provide executive-level support to the Country Manager and play a key role in coordinating operations, events, and regional activities.<br><br>This role requires a natural multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage confidential matters, high-level schedules, and key communications — all while keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements<br><br></li><li>Coordinate and support all key meetings and events (e.g. QBRs, IOP, Townhalls)<br><br></li><li>Liaise with international colleagues and vendors to organise regional meetings<br><br></li><li>Prepare reports, PowerPoint presentations, and summaries from various sources<br><br></li><li>Track timelines and follow up on key action items and department tasks<br><br></li><li>Monitor departmental budgets, expenses, and claims using SAP<br><br></li><li>Raise purchase orders and process invoices<br><br></li><li>Maintain efficient document and filing systems<br><br></li><li>Provide logistical and administrative support for internal and external visitors<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)<br><br></li><li>Minimum of <strong>6 years' experience</strong> in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level support role<br><br></li><li>Proficient in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong> and calendar/scheduling tools<br><br></li><li>Strong time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills<br><br></li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication<br><br></li><li>Able to juggle multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, and maintain confidentiality<br><br></li></ul>Why This Role?<br><br><ul><li>You'll work directly with leadership in a globally recognised, values-driven organisation<br><br></li><li>Be involved in exciting projects, high-impact meetings, and regional events<br><br></li><li>Use your organisational expertise to influence how the business operates day to day<br><br></li></ul>If you're ready to bring structure, strategy, and executive-level support to a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!<br><br></p><img src="" width="0px" height="0px" style="display:none"></span> <p><span><strong>Desired Skills: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Event Coordination</li> <li>Presentations</li> <li>Travel Arrangements</li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Employer & Job Benefits: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Medical Aid Contribution</li> <li>Provident Fund Contribution</li> </ul>
