They are now looking for an experienced and discreet Executive Assistant to join their remote team and provide high-level support to C-suite executives.<br><br></p><strong>Job Description:<br><br><br></strong><p>Our client is seeking a highly organised, confident, and proactive <strong>Executive Assistant</strong> to support senior leaders operating at the highest levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining communication, and ensuring the executives’ schedules and responsibilities are handled with precision and professionalism. This is a fully remote, part-time position ideal for someone based in South Africa with experience supporting executive-level stakeholders in a global business environment.<br><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br><br></strong><ul> <li><p><strong>Calendar and Diary Management:</strong> Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and resolve conflicts proactively.<br></p> </li> <li><p><strong>Inbox and Communication Oversight:</strong> Monitor emails, prioritise correspondence, and respond or escalate as appropriate on behalf of senior executives.<br></p> </li> <li><p><strong>Reporting and Documentation:</strong> Prepare monthly reports, briefing documents, and presentation materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.<br></p> </li> <li><p><strong>Meeting Support:</strong> Schedule, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings.<br></p> </li> <li><p><strong>Project Coordination:</strong> Oversee ad-hoc projects, liaise with internal teams, and manage deadlines on behalf of the executive team.<br></p> </li> <li><p><strong>Travel and Expenses:</strong> Coordinate travel logistics (where required) and prepare detailed expense reports for reimbursement.<br></p> <br><br><br></li></ul>Requirements<br><br><br><br><br><br><ul> <li><p>Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, corporate or international environment.<br></p> </li> <li><p>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.<br></p> </li> <li><p>High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.<br></p> </li> <li><p>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain adaptable in a dynamic work environment.<br></p> </li> <li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.<br></p> </li> <li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience with Canva or similar design tools.<br></p> <br><br><br></li></ul>Benefits<br><br><br><br><br><br><ul> <li><p>Fully remote role, open to candidates based in South Africa<br></p> </li> <li><p>20 hours per week (Monday to Friday – 4 hours per day)<br></p> </li> <li><p>Opportunity to work with senior executives at a strategic level in a high-impact position<br></p> </li></ul><p><strong>NB:</strong> Due to the high volume of applications, if you have not received a response from the Talent Acquisition team within 4 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.<br><br><br><br></p>
