Multiple Remote IT Helpdesk Support Roles – Level 1 to Level 3

We’re hiring on behalf of an international IT services provider expanding their South African support desk to better serve their growing Australian-based client base.
They support customers 24 hours a day, and we’re looking for at least three skilled IT professionals to join this fully remote team.
Working Hours
Rotating shifts (2 shifts total) to ensure 24/7 coverage for Australian clients
Shifts aligned to Melbourne time, so expect working hours to fall within: 12:00 AM – 2:00 PM SAST, depending on the rotation
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or public holiday coverage if scheduled
Salary
R20,000 – R35,000 per month, based on level, certifications, and shift
Potential flexibility for candidates with strong multi-level experience or certifications

We’re hiring across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 — responsibilities and certification expectations differ by level:
Level 1 Support Technician
First-line technical support: password resets, printer issues, user account problems
Logging and escalating tickets to higher tiers
Supporting Office 365, desktop hardware, and remote connectivity
Preferred Certifications:
CompTIA A+
ITIL Foundation
Microsoft MTA
Level 2 Support Technician
Resolving escalated issues from L1
Supporting desktops, networks, remote access, and basic server/admin tasks
Proactive monitoring, ticket resolution, and documentation
