✍️ The Role
- Independent Contractor Agreement (Remote).
- No guaranteed teaching hours.
- Various shifts to suit your availability.
- Variable schedule based on operational needs within predefined time frames.
- Advance notification of your schedule.
👩🏫 Your Responsibilities
- Teach students using engaging, conversational teaching methodologies.
- Inspire and support students in reaching their language goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and effective error correction.
- Facilitate individual and group sessions that foster meaningful interaction.
Minimum Requirements
💼 Qualifications & Experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in any field is advantageous).
- 3-months of teaching experience (formal or informal) is advantageous.
- 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate.
- Excellent English proficiency (neutral accent).
- Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
