The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Build and manage an influencer marketing program focused on the US market to begin with and expanding internationally moving forward.
Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with micro and macro influencers (fitness/fashion/culture focus)
Source and repurpose UGC (user-generated content) for social channels
Manage organic social channels (primarily Instagram and TikTok), including scheduling, content planning, and engagement
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social platforms
Track and report performance using tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok analytics, and reporting frameworks
Collaborate with Bryan to align content and campaigns with business goals
Three Key Priorities
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management – Own and grow a program that drives brand reach and credibility
Social Media Execution – Post consistently and creatively using influencer content and brand assets
Create a Reporting Process - Align activity with business KPIs
The Person
3–4 years in influencer marketing and social media management
Agency experience or experience in fashion/fitness/eCommerce brands
Comfortable managing influencer relationships and negotiations
Strong creative sensibility and ability to brief and manage/QA video content
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and content repurposing workflows
Experience working in lean or startup teams with high agency
