Description

IOCO seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide first line technical support and customer service. This role involves handling daily support issues while maintaining set SLAs. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of technical procedures and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acknowledging failures and incidents, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs. They will also handle escalated tasks with non-client facing support teams and ensure SLA compliance.
