Full Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled maintenance guy/handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing general maintenance tasks and repairs. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our property.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Handle repairs and installations of appliances, doors, windows, furniture, and other property fixtures.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance needs.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the property.
- Keep inventory of tools and materials required for maintenance tasks.
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker or handyman.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
- A valid driver’s license and transportation to get to work is preferred.
