• We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HubSpot and Marketo Marketing Administration Support specialist to assist in managing and optimizing our marketing automation platforms. • This role will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot, Marketo, and other sales/marketing tools. • The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both platforms and a strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, particularly in a sales-driven environment.

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, specifically with HubSpot and Marketo. • Strong knowledge of lead nurturing, MQL-to-SQL conversion optimization, and SDR automation workflows. • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and integrating marketing automation tools. • Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns for higher SDR engagement and conversion rates. • Experience with contact data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo or similar tools. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization (a plus). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
