Elenco Professional Services is a specialist recruitment consultancy focused on the financial services and professional services sectors across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland .

We’re growing our marketing team and looking for an ambitious, creative, and digitally savvy marketing professional based in South Africa . This is a fully remote , part-time opportunity to join a people-first, fast-growing recruitment agency with a modern approach to brand building and lead generation. There’s a possibility of converting this role to a full-time opportunity, based on the performance of the candidate.

What’s the role?

This isn’t your traditional marketing position. We combine recruitment with cutting-edge marketing strategies, and your day-to-day will be a mix of content creation , digital sourcing , and social media marketing across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter .

We love creative freedom — whether that means experimenting with video content , crafting attention-grabbing posts, or using tools like Loom and Canva . You’ll be encouraged to think outside the box, take ownership of ideas, and grow your skill set in areas like automation, content strategy, and events .

You’ll also help generate leads and book calls for our recruitment team through personalized digital outreach — especially via LinkedIn, where we’ll help turn you into a video messaging pro .

 

What we’re looking for:

• Based out of South Africa
  
  
  

• Experience in social media content creation , especially video content
  
  
  

• A strong interest in digital marketing and online engagement trends
  
  
  

• Understanding of or curiosity about the recruitment industry
  
  
  

• Outgoing, confident communicator, quick learner – not camera shy
  
  
  

• Independent self-starter who thrives in a boutique , remote team
  
  
  

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with Canva , Loom , or similar digital tools
  
  
  

• General digital savviness and enthusiasm to learn
