Introduction

Salary: R12 000 – R14 000 CTC p/m (No Benefits)

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday:  08:30 – 17:30

Friday’s:                      08:00 – 17:00

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibility’s:

  • PA duties as required by Management
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings.
  • Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as required.
  • Maintain and update patient records on the system.
  • Manage medical aid claims and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with medical personnel regarding patient schedules.
  • Communication tasks, such as reminder messages to patients.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a reception / admin / PA role (medical environment)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Training will be provided on MedeMass)
  • Communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
  • Driver’s License with own vehicle (non-negotiable)

Package & Remuneration

Salary: R12 000 – R14 000 CTC p/m (No Benefits)
