Position Overview
We are hiring CDL A drivers for our Regional position that operates throughout the Western states. This is an excellent opportunity for both new CDL graduates and experienced drivers seeking predictable miles, structured pay progression, and strong home time options.

Highlights

• Route Type: Regional

Pay & Hometime

• Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,500
• Weekly Mileage: 2,000 – 2,500+ miles
• CPM: Starts at $0.51
• Increases with verified experience
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL A truck across Western regional lanes
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Maintain logs and perform inspections
• Communicate with dispatch and follow trip plans

Requirements

• CDL A License
• No experience required – no experience welcomed
• Must be DOT-compliant and safety-focused
• Willingness to stay out 1–2 weeks per run
