Regional CDL-A Truck Driver – Paid Training for CDL A Holders (Entry-Level)

Job Description:
Get started in your trucking career with our paid training program for new CDL-A holders. You’ll train with an experienced mentor for 4–6 weeks, then transition to a solo regional driver role serving specific states.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Paid training: $650/week
  • Weekly earnings after training: $1,100–$1,500
  • $300 orientation pay
  • Travel, hotel, and meals covered for orientation
  • Full benefits available

Freight & Routes:

  • Regional routes within designated states
  • Dry Van or Reefer freight
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Mix of live load/unload and drop & hook

Home Time:

  • Home every 2 weeks for 2 full days

Qualifications:

  • CDL-A required (no experience needed)
  • Able to run regional routes consistently
