POSITION INFO:

Join our client as the Overnight Front Office Auditor responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and secure overnight hotel operations. You’ll safeguard financial integrity and guest comfort while living our values of Humbleness, Respect, Kindness, Integrity, and Progressiveness.

Key Duties:

  • Reconcile nightly hotel transactions and verify all revenue streams.
  • Prepare daily financial reports and audit rates, discounts, and refunds.
  • Deliver exceptional late-night guest service including check-ins, check-outs, and support requests.
  • Maintain a safe, quiet environment and support Room Service when needed.
  • Provide detailed handovers to morning teams and log operational notes.
  • Conduct routine property and safety checks, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
  • Be part of a team that values precision, care, and collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12); a relevant hospitality qualification is advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a night audit or front office position in a 4- or 5-star property.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Mews or Semper).
  • Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages an asset.
  • Willing and able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
