Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat in a professional and courteous manner.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer management system.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software is a plus.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or remote setting.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
