Key Responsibilities
– Respond to customer support requests via live chat and email
– Use saved replies to guide customers through common issues (passwords, billing, etc.)
– Escalate unresolved cases to Tier 2 agents when needed

– Document and tag each conversation in the dashboard

You’ll Need

Pay & Hours
Start at $25/hour
Raise eligibility to $30–$35/hour after 30 successful shifts and strong QA ratings
You’ll schedule yourself for shifts each week. Choose from mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight blocks—whatever works for you.
Training Timeline
– 2 hours of interactive video training
– Guided practice sessions with a team lead
– Start paid work within 3–5 business days
Example Part-Time Shift
You work a 6 PM–10 PM shift. You help a customer update their billing info, assist another with a password reset, and walk someone through accessing their digital product. Every conversation happens via live chat, and you close your shift feeling productive and in control.
