About the Role

We are seeking an experienced program director to lead our last mile optimization efforts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving integration of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain change management processes to deliver for internal & external customers.

Drive integration of the E2E supply chain change management processes.
Lead network-wide projects and high-volume event planning and post-mortem.
Work across the NA organization in a cross-functional environment with forecasting teams, Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations and Technology teams.

You will foster communication channels and collaboration with different Supply Chain execution and Long-Term Planning teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
