Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The Receptionist/Office Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Manage office supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Assist with coordinating internal meetings and company events.

Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
