Description
STA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client in the Healthcare Sector, who is urgently seeking a Recruiter. The Recruiter will assist the recruitment team and play a crucial role in the recruitment process by efficiently reviewing resumes to identify qualified Nursing candidates. Around 300 CV's will need to be screened per week, telephone interviews conducted and book interviews with potential candidates.

 Requirements
Experience in a Recruitment role (required) Proven experience in resume screening, preferably in healthcare or a similar role (preferred) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively (required) Excellent analytical and decision-making skills (required) English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
