Key Responsibilities:
Identify, attract, and place high-quality candidates within international markets.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based businesses.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth candidate placements.
Participate in a structured training academy for the first six months, progressing to handling higher-value placements.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within international markets.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Comfortable working from an office in Cape Town, with flexible remote options after the initial training period.
Access to a reliable internet connection and own laptop.
