REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - FREE STATE & NORTHERN CAPE ID-298
Your Mission:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. This key role will be based in either Bloemfontein or Johannesburg and will support the Northern Cape & Free State regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key distributors and multiple end-user segments, with a strong focus on technical acumen in Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.

· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
· Manage and support key distributors and end-user segments, ensuring effective market penetration and customer satisfaction.
· Provide technical expertise in MV/LV systems to support sales activities and customer engagements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
· Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to drive growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
· Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
· Advanced Diploma or Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the electrical engineering industry.
· Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV systems and applications.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to work and travel within the Free State & Northern Cape regions
