Remote Call Center Agents – No experience and FREE TRAINING

<p>Our international client have vacancies for remote call center agents. As well as their many great staff benefits, they have a genuine company culture which is reflected in everything they do.</p> <p>As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Taking incoming calls from new and existing customers regarding sales and service queries,</li> <li>Ensuring a level of service that exceeds customers expectations,</li> <li>Generating sales with new or existing customers and pro actively exploring opportunities to cross sell,</li> <li>Getting involved with Call Center activities, competitions and fun days,</li> </ul> <p>To help you get up to speed, they will provide you with 3 weeks of full time paid online training, where you will learn about their policies, products and systems.
