  • Responsibilities: Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing Conduct post-sale follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and resolve any queries Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and assist with sales reporting Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries and direct them to the right channels Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication and task flow

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Confident with Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools, and other productivity platforms
  • Fast learner with a can-do, solution-focused mindset
  • Reliable fibre internet, laptop, and headset
