Axia Growth is an early-stage, high-performance deal sourcing firm working directly with private equity buyers and M&A advisors to uncover off-market acquisition opportunities. Were growing quickly and were looking for someone to grow with us.

This role starts as a part-time, flexible opportunity with clear ownership of outcomes, not hours. We care about what gets done not whether youre clocked in all day. As the business continues to scale, there is strong potential for this to evolve into a full-time, high-responsibility role with increased compensation and leadership opportunity.

We partner with serious acquirers private equity firms, family offices, and strategic buyers and we represent them with professionalism and clarity.

Youll be the first point of contact with business owners considering selling their companies. Its your job to create a great first impression, get them on the calendar, and help us build strong relationships from day one.

What Youll Do

This is a dynamic role that combines elements of sales development, executive assistance, and client communication. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple client inboxes and responding to inbound leads with speed and professionalism
  • Making outbound calls to business owners using customized scripts and templates
  • Handling inbound calls and routing inquiries appropriately
  • Booking meetings and managing calendars across client teams
  • Updating CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) to reflect deal progress
  • Tracking conversations and qualifying leads with logic and written clarity

This is an outcome-driven position. Youll have clear goals and plenty of autonomy in how you hit them.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Experience with inbox and calendar management
  • Phone confidence (experience with cold calling or appointment setting is a plus)
  • Comfort with tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
  • A reliable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment
  • Availability with U.S. working hours (not strict 95, but responsive during core times)
