Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all client terms and necessary documentation are received before processing reports.
- Review surveying reports for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal KPIs.
- Identify reports requiring revisions and collaborate with surveyors to uphold quality standards.
- Finalise and issue reports to clients promptly and professionally.
- Manage client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Act as an escalation point for client concerns, liaising with surveyors and management to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in weekly surveyor meetings via Microsoft Teams to align on best practices and updates.
- Continuously refine administrative processes and introduce innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Research and implement new surveying tools and software to optimise workflow.
