Description: Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Psychometrist to join their mining company based in Gauteng.
Responsibilities:
Foster a strong culture of safety leadership by taking an active role in safety, health, environmental, and risk-related initiatives, including campaigns, audits, incident reviews, and investigations.
Contribute to organisational goals that promote a respectful, inclusive, and diverse work environment. Use behavioural and team assessments to support the development of team effectiveness, leadership alignment, and improved group performance.
Lead structured team workshops and sessions using established development models and frameworks. Encourage psychological safety and respectful workplace behaviours by enabling feedback loops and guiding action plans.
Provide behavioural insights to inform leadership development and talent-related decisions. Offer guidance to HR and operational leaders on team dynamics, collaboration, and behavioural alignment.
Collaborate with internal teams focused on inclusion, learning, and development to integrate behavioural science into wider organisational programs.
Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of team interventions to drive ongoing improvements.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Honours Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or related.
Registered Psychometrist with HPCSA
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilitating team effectiveness, interpersonal dynamics, and psychological safety, with proven exposure to a range of behavioural or psychometric assessment tools.
Experience within the mining industry.
Valid Driver's License
