Position Summary:

As a Sheet Metal Installer at BMP Mechanical Ltd., you’ll play a pivotal role in our installation projects, ensuring that our reputation for precision and quality is maintained. Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal according to project specifications.
• Install HVAC ducts, vents, and other sheet metal products in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe and hazard-free workspace.
• Conduct inspections post-installation to ensure all components are secure and meet quality standards.
• Regularly communicate with project managers about project progress and any potential challenges.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sheet metal installation or a related field.
• Familiarity with using hand and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
