Responsibilities
• Research and compile targeted lists of Instagram accounts using predefined search criteria
• Identify influencers, content formats, trends, and audience profiles aligned with specific niches
• Label and tag accounts accurately by category, location, follower count, content type, etc.
• Maintain clean, organized Airtable/Google Sheet databases
• Collaborate with strategy teams to align research with campaign goals
• Continuously refine research processes based on performance feedback and niche shifts
What We’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and influencer culture
• Sharp eye for content trends, aesthetics, and brand alignment
• Comfortable with repetitive research tasks and able to deliver consistent volume daily
• Excellent organizational and labeling skills
• Experience using Airtable or Notion is a plus
• Bonus: Background in digital marketing, eCom, or influencer scouting
