A career opportunity exists at <strong>REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP Technical Services, Nigel</strong> for the position of:<br><br><strong>TECHNICAL CALL CENTRE OPERATOR </strong><strong>(2 Positions)<br><br></strong><strong>Job Summary: (not limited to)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Answering or making calls related to vehicle on road breakdowns.</li><li>Responding efficiently and accurately to calls received.</li><li>Engaging in active listening, confirming, and clarifying information to ensure procedural activation of support staff.</li><li>Constant follow up and feedback on all calls received.</li><li>Utilising software, databases, and relevant tools appropriately to ensure swift resolution of all calls received.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Matric</li><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in Technical / Mechanical environment.</li><li>Understanding Truck and Trailer functionality and terms.</li><li>Shift (Day & Night) and weekend work required.</li><li>Proficiency with computers, Word, Excel, Tracking etc.</li><li>Excellent written & verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong time management and decision-making skills.</li><li>Fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Remuneration<br><br></strong>To be discussed in the interview.
