Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role

Experience in logistics or financial services sectors is advantageous

Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Outlook

Professional communication and follow-up skills

Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Randburg

Attention to detail – Ensures accurate data entry and contract processing
Key Responsibilities:

Process all sales contracts received from clients, sales consultants, brokers, and dealers
-
Track and follow up on the loading of contracts sent from fitment centres and brokers
-
Coordinate, arrange, and follow up on the scheduling of fitments
-
Generate and distribute performance statistics to relevant stakeholders including brokers, dealers, and sales consultants
-
Manage inbound queries from clients and third-party partners by liaising with the correct departments
-
Ensure Lead Sources and Pricing Sources are captured accurately in internal systems
-
Issue insurance certificates as needed
-
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and urgency
-
Maintain productive relationships with corporate clients, brokers, fitment centres, and internal teams
-
Represent the company positively in every customer interaction
