 Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role

  • Experience in logistics or financial services sectors is advantageous

  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Outlook

  • Professional communication and follow-up skills

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Randburg

  • Technical proficiency – Comfortable with digital systems including contract tracking, MS Office, and CRM platforms

  • Team collaboration – Works well across departments including Sales, Brokers, and Fitment Centres

  • Attention to detail – Ensures accurate data entry and contract processing

 Key Responsibilities:

    • Process all sales contracts received from clients, sales consultants, brokers, and dealers

    • Track and follow up on the loading of contracts sent from fitment centres and brokers

    • Coordinate, arrange, and follow up on the scheduling of fitments

    • Generate and distribute performance statistics to relevant stakeholders including brokers, dealers, and sales consultants

    • Manage inbound queries from clients and third-party partners by liaising with the correct departments

    • Ensure Lead Sources and Pricing Sources are captured accurately in internal systems

    • Issue insurance certificates as needed

    • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and urgency

    • Maintain productive relationships with corporate clients, brokers, fitment centres, and internal teams

    • Represent the company positively in every customer interaction
