Summary

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant based in South Africa to join our fast-growing U.S. law firm and support our client intake and admin tasks.

This is a long-term, remote position with up to 40 hours/week of consistent work.
You must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
-Handling inbound and outbound client intake
-Responding to emails and basic inquiries
-Filling out online forms accurately
-Reviewing simple documents and records
-Following clear instructions via Slack
