Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations and customer service best practices.
  • Familiarity with Amazons products and services is a plus.
