Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns and exchanges, and tracking shipments.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback and provide insights to help improve our products and services.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers to ensure compliance and service excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and CRM systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and provide effective solutions.

Experience:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:
- Flexible Scheduling: Part-time positions with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
