Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns and exchanges, and tracking shipments.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback and provide insights to help improve our products and services.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and provide effective solutions.
  • Empathy: Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and patience.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documenting and processing information.

Experience:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:
