Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately type and input data from various sources, including handwritten documents, audio recordings, and printed materials.
  • Proofread and edit documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
  • Maintain and organize files and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and address any issues related to data accuracy or formatting.
  • Respond to queries from team members and clients in a timely manner.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in typing and data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional typing speed (minimum of 60 words per minute) with high accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools and project management software is a plus.

Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry, typing, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Experience working remotely is advantageous but not required.
