Our team provides best-in-class Leave of Absence, Disability, and HR services to employees globally, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely responses through various contact channels such as phone, web case, and chat.<p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each is resolved with a high degree of problem-solving and customer focus.</li><li>Receive and resolve inquiries via phone, chats, and emails as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and HR-related issues.</li><li>Use available documentation such as FAQs, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures to resolve inquiries, escalating when necessary.</li><li>Build customer trust through empathetic, personalized conversations, adjusting case management plans as needed.</li><li>Respond to employee issues during leave events, ensuring appropriate communication and documentation.</li><li>Use critical thinking to balance process adherence with employee needs, analyzing and deciding on disability, leave, and accommodation requests.</li><li>Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and update policies.</li></ul><h2>Essential Skills</h2><ul><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to demonstrate empathy</li><li>Research skills to find answers and information</li></ul><h2>Additional Skills & Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience in HR-related roles</li><li>Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information</li><li>Proven ability to adjust to changing workloads</li><li>Problem-solving and organizational skills</li></ul><h2>Work Environment</h2><p>This is a 100% remote position. Candidates are expected to be on camera during the training and nesting period.
