We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our Indian restaurant. Open positions include:
- Waiter/Server
- Dishwasher
- Kitchen Helper
Schedule & Hours:
- Closed on Tuesdays (your day off)
- Wednesday–Thursday: 11:30 AM – 10:30 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 11:30 AM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday–Monday: 11:30 AM – 10:30 PM
- Daily break from 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM:
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus (not required)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring that our food preparation and service run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
- Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support chefs and cooks in cooking processes, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Help with catering events as needed, ensuring all food items are prepared according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic cooking skills and knife skills are essential for effective meal preparation.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn about various cooking techniques and cuisines.
